This app uses OpenAI's API to generate and translate docent narration in your chosen language. When you interact with the tour guide, the following data is sent anonymously to OpenAI — no personally identifiable information is included:

• Your chat messages – the questions and responses you type or speak during a tour.
• Conversation history – recent exchanges in the current tour session, used to deliver contextually accurate narration.
• Tour context – the name and description of the artwork or collection you are currently viewing.

We explicitly prohibit the use of your data for AI model training. Per OpenAI's API terms, data submitted via the API is not used to train their models. This data is processed solely to generate and translate docent talks, under OpenAI's API data usage policy, which provides equivalent protections for your data.
